ВЯТ предназначена для купли – продажи товаров (работ, услуг) с предоставлением возможности осмотра их образцов, моделей, в режиме прямого доступа к торговой системе через Интернет.

В ВЯТ реализуются все виды товаров, допущенные к обороту, независимо от их качественных характеристик и количественных параметров, в том числе товары, имеющие сугубо индивидуальные свойства, выставляются не систематически или редко выставляющиеся на торги, на которые не распространяются специальный порядок реализации.

Отличие от предыдущей версии ВЯТ, заключается в том, что в новой разрабатываемой версии тип торговли будет иметь характер гарантии. Продавец сможет указать в условиях сделки о предоставлении гарантий покупателю.

Также существенным отличием будет являться то, что границы торговли теперь могут быть вне Республики, а именно смогут быть заключены импортно-экспортные сделки.

The difference from the previous version of Vyat is that in the new development version the type of trade will have the nature of a guarantee. The seller will be able to indicate in the transaction conditions on the provision of guarantees to the buyer.

Also, a significant difference will be that the borders of trade can now be outside the Republic, namely, import-export transactions can be concluded.
